Tilman Rammstedt, Berlin (D)
Tilman Rammstedt was born in Bielefeld in 1975 and lives in Berlin. He studied various subjects in Edinburgh, Tübingen and Berlin. Instead of writing his thesis, he wrote his first novel.

In 2001 Rammstedt co-founded the reading stage Visch & Ferse, which repeatedly has been trying to break up over the last years. He is also a script writer and musician for the band Fön. Two CDs: Wir haben Zeit (2004) and Ein bisschen plötzlich (2007). Occasional publication in newspaper or magazine anthology. Several scholarships, e.g. German Literaturfonds of the Cultural Department of the Länder and the Academy Solitude.
