Daniel Wisser, A
Born 1971 in Klagenfurt, lives in Vienna. Since 1990, he has written prose, poetry and radio-phone works and works as editor and publisher of contemporary literature.
His debut novel Dopplergasse acht was published in 2003 by the publishers Ritter. Daniel Wisser received the Austrian State Scholarship for Literature in 2007. In 1994 Daniel Wisser together with Thomas Pfeffer, Jürgen Plank and Florian Wisser founded the EWHO (Erstes Wiener Heimorgelorchester), which has since then released seven CDs and music for film and theater productions and also performed and composed at the Vienna Festival, the Steirischen Herbst and at the Vienna Burg Theater.
Since 2000 together with Liese Lyon and Alexander Fleischmann, Wisser has developed frequently selected productions Ich zünde nachts Italien an, consisting of songs and recited texts by the author.
