Steffen Popp, D

Born 1978 in Greifswald, lives in Berlin. Studied in Dresden, Leipzig and Berlin. Published two poetry collections and a novel.

Initiator and co-editor of the poetry project Helm aus Plox. Zur Theorie des schlechtesten Werkzeugs.

MA Philosophy and Modern German Literature at Humboldt University in Berlin. Currently literary doctorate at the Free University of Berlin.

Working on second novel. Readings.

Participation in European and international literary festivals, translation workshops of the Berlin Literature Workshop in Budapest, Amsterdam and Berlin. Lectures, seminars, etc. for various institutions.
