Born 1971 in Maribor, Slovenia, now working as a freelance translator, cultural mediator and journalist in Ljubljana, Gorje near Bled, and Berlin. Teaches literary translation at Maribor University.

Kehlmann, etc.) and plays (E. Jelinek, Th. Gieselmann) into Slovenian and German (in Tandems, A. Šteger, Boris Pahor, N. Kramberger), international fellowships and the 2008 Sovre National Prize for artistic achievement (A. Maier, Wäldchestag). Co-founder of the "Pranger" poetry festival.
